These Collaborative Norms have been drafted to articulate "how things work around here" and what we are seeking regarding collaborative teaching teams.
A Slightly "Different" Analogy! ;-)
In this video below I use an "alternative approach" to show the power of collaborative teaching and the collective wisdom that multiple perspectives bring. A common parent question in a larger shared class is, "My child may get overlooked", whereas what we are finding is quite the opposite, where multiple perspectives and greater teacher:student connections provide a much deeper/richer perspective on each learner.
